Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital marketing services—where resources, strategies, and time are allocated once a project starts—we generally do not offer refunds after the service has commenced. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the client cancels the service before the project work has begun.
- If Nyaman Sahu Digital is unable to deliver the agreed service or scope due to unforeseen internal reasons.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- A significant portion of the project remains incomplete.
- Both parties mutually agree that continuing the service is not feasible.
The amount refunded will be proportionate to the work remaining and the resources unutilized.
Non-refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services already delivered or completed.
- Time-based services where the work has already started (e.g., monthly retainers, campaign management).
- Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid ads, software licenses).
