Nyaman Sahu Digital is committed to providing quality digital products and services. We understand circumstances might arise requiring order cancellation or a refund request. This policy clearly outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our digital offerings.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service Orders:
    • Orders for digital services or products can be cancelled by submitting a written request to our support team before the service has been delivered or accessed.
    • Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or the service accessed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Ongoing Services:
    • For recurring or subscription-based services, please submit cancellation requests at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • How to Cancel:
    • Email your cancellation request to our official support address, including your order details and reason for cancellation.
    • We will confirm your cancellation in writing, and this confirmation is required as proof of cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are offered only for digital products and services that have not been delivered, downloaded, or used.
    • No refunds will be provided for digital products once the download link has been provided or service has been accessed.
    • If a product is delivered with a defect, or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided there is reasonable proof.
  • Refund Request Process:
    • All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team within 14 days of purchase, with order details and supporting information.
    • We may require you to sign an affidavit confirming you will delete all copies of the digital product on your devices if the refund is approved.
  • Processing Timeline:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • Change-of-mind after download, accidental purchases after product access, and services already rendered are non-refundable.
    • Transaction fees, gateway charges, and taxes may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions

  • If Nyaman Sahu Digital cancels an order or service before delivery, a full refund will be provided.
  • In case of failed transactions attributable to our system, refunds will be made automatically within 1–2 business days.
  • Refunds are not available for any requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
