- Refunds are offered only for digital products and services that have not been delivered, downloaded, or used.
- No refunds will be provided for digital products once the download link has been provided or service has been accessed.
- If a product is delivered with a defect, or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided there is reasonable proof.
- Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team within 14 days of purchase, with order details and supporting information.
- We may require you to sign an affidavit confirming you will delete all copies of the digital product on your devices if the refund is approved.

- If Nyaman Sahu Digital cancels an order or service before delivery, a full refund will be provided.
- In case of failed transactions attributable to our system, refunds will be made automatically within 1–2 business days.
